Unit Sizes & Pricing

What storage unit sizes do you offer?

We offer a wide range of unit sizes to fit any need, from 5x10 units up to 20x25 units. Our smaller units (5x10) work well for boxes, seasonal items, and small furniture. Mid-size units (10x10, 10x15) are great for one- or two-bedroom apartments. Our larger units (10x20, 20x20, 20x25) can hold the contents of a full house, large appliances, or even a vehicle. Contact us or check our website for current availability and pricing.

What size storage unit do I need for a two-bedroom apartment?

For a two-bedroom apartment, we typically recommend a 10x15 or 10x20 unit. A 10x15 fits two bedrooms of furniture including mattress sets, sofas, dressers, and boxes. A 10x20 gives you extra room if you have large items or a full living room set as well. If you're unsure, give us a call at (254) 386-7721 and we'll help you choose the right size.

What size storage unit do I need for a whole house?

For a 3- to 4-bedroom house, we recommend a 20x20 or 20x25 unit. Our largest units can hold the contents of a 4- to 5-bedroom home including major appliances, or can accommodate a car, small truck, or boat along with household items.

Do you have units for commercial or business storage?

Yes. Bosque County Storage offers units that are ideal for commercial customers and business storage needs. Whether you need to store inventory, equipment, records, or office furnishings, we have unit sizes that can accommodate business use. Contact us to discuss which size is right for your business.

Moving & Packing

What should I know before moving into a storage unit?

Before moving in, think carefully about what you're storing and for how long. Pack similar items together, label boxes clearly, and place items you'll need to access often near the front of the unit. For wooden, leather, or fabric furniture, wrap pieces to protect them from dust. Leave a walkway down the center of your unit so you can reach everything without unloading the whole space.

How do I store furniture properly in a storage unit?

For wooden furniture, clean and polish surfaces before storing to prevent drying out. For fabric sofas and mattresses, use protective covers and avoid storing directly on the concrete floor — use pallets or boards underneath. Leather furniture should be conditioned before storage. Disassemble large pieces when possible to save space and reduce the risk of damage.
